Early Summer of 2014, while checking my various sources for Inventory, I found a guy in the Reno, NV area, who had approximately 10,000 books he wanted to sell. Since we were in Oregon at that time, we ventured south to see what he had in all those neatly stacked boxes that we saw attached to the ad.
Once there, we found that many of the books were fiction with a fair number of biographies with an occasional “jewel” hidden here and there. All-in-all there were way more boxes than we were initially told. So off to the U-Haul rental center to get ourselves the biggest moving truck they had. We filled that truck to the brim and quickly realized that there was too much weight on the truck. Again, we visited U-Haul, this time to rent a bumper pull enclosed trailer. Transferred about a third of the boxes over to the trailer, locked them both up and spent the rest of the night soaking by tired, achy, body in the tub at the hotel before heading travel back to Oregon.
